Francis Catedral is a Filipino American documentary filmmaker and Masters of Divinity graduate currently living in Hong Kong. Migrant Women Rise: Stories of Red-Tagged Overseas Filipino Workers is his first documentary feature film. The project is a part of his work as a member of the Hong Kong Campaign for Human Rights and Peace in the Philippines.
